We price all our pet quality Holland Lops at $70, regardless
We do not believe a pet rabbit should be selected based on color or gender, but rather on how well the individual rabbit's temperament fits the owner's requirements in a pet. Color is superficial, and gender is nothing more than a personal preference.
We have zero tolerance for spraying bucks in our herd. Spraying is a highly hereditable trait, so we do our very best to select against it and will never under any circumstances breed a buck that sprays. Although we cannot 100% guarantee that the rabbits we produce will not be sprayers, we do our very best to make the odds as low as possible.
We additionally have zero tolerance for aggression, and will never breed or sell a rabbit that has shown aggressive behavior. We eliminate aggression from our herd by a) always handling our rabbits correctly and humanely, b) giving our rabbits lots of attention and socialization so that little startles or angers them, and c) never breed a rabbit with a poor temperaments.
Strong and healthy genetics
Show rabbits are bred for quality
We will not sell any rabbit that has had a history of illness or poor genetics. Every rabbit we offer for sale is in full health to the best of our knowledge.
We lose money every day. Selling rabbits just about covers the cost of the rabbits' food, but doesn't cover supplements, food bowls, water bottles, cages, litter, show entries, transport carriers, pedigree software, medications and dewormers, vet bills, or any of the other countless supplies necessary to raise a herd of show rabbits.
