foundation stock

The four rabbits below are behind the majority of my herd and really "created" my line as it is today. They proved themselves to be fantastic producers, and I owe everything to them! <3

Diegel's Titanium was my first otter herd buck, and the foundation sire of my herd. I acquired him at West Coast Classic in 2017, and owned him until he passed away in 2019 after an unexpected bout with wry neck. At least half of my Hollands go back to him, and I still own three of his daughters and one son. He loved to play on my bed while I did homework and was honestly a pet to me. He was one of my absolute favorite rabbits I have ever owned.

Gard's Shilo is by far my most influential foundation rabbit. I bought her for $100 at Cal Convention in 2018 after her breeder Nancy Gard had sadly passed away. I just had this really strong feeling that I 'had' to own her. She proved my instincts correct, as she is behind a good 80-90% of the rabbits in my herd - an incredible feat for one brood doe. I strongly believe she was "meant" to be mine. She recently retired from breeding, and has a forever home in my herd.

Muddy Creek's Nudoe was a big normal doe I bought as part of a trio after her owner decided to sell out of rabbits. While all three rabbits produced wonderfully, Nudoe in particular proved herself as a producer, and was the dam of my main herd buck Titan. I only owned her for one litter before moving her on, but her legacy in my herd lives on! She unfortunately passed away in 2019.

Diegel's Krackle was another influential buck in my herd. He is one of the bucks that really "clicked" with Gard's Shilo, and I still own four kits out of that breeding. He also has the sweetest personality which he passed on to his babies. He now resides in Louisiana and is helping another herd!
